Adult Primary Care

We provide comprehensive primary care for adults 18 and older. Our practice supports preventive care and wellness while also helping patients manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

Services include comprehensive physical exams, wellness visits, age-appropriate screening, chronic disease management, minor office procedures, and referral coordination with specialists when needed.

We also provide in-office testing and can coordinate additional diagnostic laboratory and imaging services when clinically appropriate.

Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)

As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.), Dr. Sy completed extensive hands-on training in osteopathic manipulative treatment — a set of manual techniques used to assess and address areas of restriction, tension, or imbalance in the musculoskeletal system. OMT is available for patients of all ages.

Dr. Sy also completed additional training in craniosacral-style osteopathic techniques. This gentle, low-force approach may be used for selected patients as part of a broader treatment plan. Dr. Sy will discuss whether it fits your individual care plan.

Supplements and Medical Foods

When clinically appropriate, Dr. Sy may recommend supplements or medical foods as part of a broader treatment plan. Recommendations are individualized and based on clinical judgment, symptoms, health history, current medications, and laboratory findings. When medication is needed, it is used thoughtfully and appropriately.
